Why we're putting Irish food at the centre of The Atlantic Edit

Somewhere along the way, travel for women got tangled up with juice cleanses and portion control. We're not doing that.

Ireland is a food destination

Atlantic seafood, grass-fed beef and lamb, farmhouse cheese, brown bread, seasonal vegetables and a generation of cooks who take all of it seriously. West Cork in particular has a food culture worth travelling for.

Menus made for our guests

We're working with our Irish hotel and hospitality partners to create menus specifically for our guests, celebrating local produce.

Breakfast is fuel

Fresh, nutritious breakfasts designed for a day outside — and a proper Irish breakfast there if you want it.

Dinner is the event

Take your boots off. Have a shower. Put something lovely on. Dinner is part of the experience, and often the part guests remember most.

The 2027 private itinerary

Perhaps Ireland is exactly what you need.

The first Beara Edit departures arrive in 2027.

A request is not a booking. Áine replies personally. We won't add you to a newsletter.
